Progress on Coronation Anna

I'm currently working on my own take of Anna's coronation gown from Disney's Frozen. 

Funny thing, I'm actually making this gown for a wedding. My best friend Steph wanted me to go as a Disney princess to her wedding and her first thought was to make Ariel's pink ball gown.  Unfortunately I didn't have any spare fabric to start on Ariel's gown so I rummaged through my fabric box and found some black fabric I had used to make my friend Dustin's Zabuza costume. I figured Anna was the best way to go from there  

I started cutting everything out for the bodice and realized I had enough fabric to get the complete bodice done and the rest is history so to speak.  Anna's currently not finished yet, I still have the skirt, I have to buy a few more things and get the wig styled but I'm excited to finally get this costume off the ground. 

I might wear it to Anime Expo if I get it done early, but I'm not rushing it.
